Download the templates by clicking on the links to the right. There is an InDesign CS4 file or a PDF file for each template.
Use the template guidelines to layout your design elements. Double check to make sure you include bleed if necessary and that your text doesn’t flow in the live areas.
Delete the template before sending your artwork to us or make sure it is on a separate layer that can be turned off so it doesn’t print.
